Oncord is an all-in-one website, contact management, digital marketing and e-commerce platform hosted on secure, high-performance infrastructure.

The Oncord application comprises of four main components:

Website:

Update content, optimize for search, manage page access, view website analytics, post articles and blogs, and control the look and feel of the website.

Contacts:

When visitors complete their details on forms throughout the website, they'll be added to a central database as contacts. Contacts can also be imported, and a number of integrations are available with other software providers to sync contacts.

Marketing:

Send e-mail & SMS marketing campaigns, configure automated workflows, post content to social media, and accept event rsvp via the website. 

Commerce:

Sell online, manage a product catalog, track inventory, configure targeted discounts, and integrate with popular accounting platforms. 

Infrastructure

Oncord is hosted on privately owned servers, based in co-location facilities in Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom.

Back-ups and SSL certificate registration are included in all plans, and totally automated. There are no lock-in contracts, and you can download a manual back-up or export of your data any time. 

We maintain a log of all changes made on each account, so that users can easily roll pages, designs or any other changes back to a previous version if required.

Two-factor SMS authentication is mandatory for all administrators, to help keep Oncord accounts secure. 

E-mail & DNS Hosting

E-mail hosting may be migrated to Oncord via an imap import process, or you can configure DNS to host e-mails externally with other providers, like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

Professional DNS hosting is included with all Oncord plans, along with tools to help clean-up and configure DNS as part of the go-live process. Oncord also provides a "Domain Health" tool, to help diagnose and fix common DNS issues.

Developer Friendly

Unlike some drag-and-drop website builders, Oncord is developer friendly. You may access source code for every design and page that you create. Add your own HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to achieve the outcome you need. 

Oncord's visual page builder includes a responsive layout system, and also supports the responsive CSS framework Bootstrap.
