Unlimited e-mail support is included with all Oncord business and enterprise plans. Reporting shows that our turnaround time to address non-urgent issues is usually less than 12 hours, and enterprise plans receive priority support. Support for Oncord lite plans is provided through our Community Forum.

You're not locked-in with a fixed term contract with Oncord. You'll setup a new website elsewhere, and just need to let us know when it's time to terminate your Oncord account. We'll ask you to confirm that you've downloaded a back-up of your data before we terminate your account.

The Commerce features are required if you're processing sales via Oncord, running paid events, or integrating with accounting software.

The Oncord application can't be installed on another web host. Bundling our platform and hosting infrastructure allows us to manage web hosting, security and platform updates for you. Oncord web hosting is almost always faster and more secure than shared web hosting options.

You can pay your monthly Oncord subscription via any of the following payment methods:

- Visa debit and credit cards.
- Mastercard debit and credit cards.
- American Express debit and credit cards.

Please contact us if credit card payment is not possible due to not-for-profit / charity status.

Where you've opted to host mail with Oncord, each inbox will cost $5 per month, per 15G.
