Filtering Sales

Similar to Filtering Products, you can apply custom filters to sales data, helping you quickly find relevant sales data and take further actions.

The following example demonstrates how to retrieve all sales made during the last financial year where a discount was applied.

To get started:

• Navigate to Dashboard > Commerce > Sales to access your sales data.

• Click "Custom Filter" at the top of the table to open the Filter by Conditions engine.

• Select "Between Dates" from the list of conditions.

• Click the "Financial Year" button and select last year.

• Click the empty field on the right to add another condition, then select "Using Discount".
  • You can enter a specific discount code to filter sales that used that code.
  • Leave the field empty to retrieve all sales where a discount was applied.
  
  

You can then take actions on the filtered sales, such as:

• Pint the invoice.
  
• Download the invoice.
  
• Change the fulfilment status.
  
• Delete
• Export the selected sales data to a CSV file
