Update Your Payment & Billing Details

Oncord subscriptions are charged on the 1st of each month, based on your plan, features and usage.

Pricing information can be viewed here

The payment and billing details associated with your Oncord account can be managed via the My Account page within your Oncord Dashboard.

After logging-in, navigate to Settings > My Account.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa debit and credit cards.
  • Mastercard debit and credit cards.
  • American Express debit and credit cards.

How to Update Your Payment & Billing Details

  • Login to your Oncord Dashboard.
  • Select the Settings icon (located in the left sidebar).
  • Select My Account to edit your billing and payment details.

On this page, you can:

  • Update your credit card & billing details.
  • Pay any outstanding invoices.
  • Update billing details, such as your business address or contact e-mail.
