Displaying Dynamic Contact Info

Oncord’s Dynamic Contact Info feature allows you to personalize your website by displaying stored contact details when users log in, such as their first name, last name, or company name. This functionality enhances user engagement by providing a tailored and relevant experience for visitors.

Note: This guide uses the Dynamic First Name as an example. Adding other Dynamic Contact Info follows the same process as the First Name.

Adding a Dynamic First Name to a Page

Follow these steps to dynamically display a contact's first name on a page:

To add a Dynamic First Name to a page:

  • Open the page editor by navigating to Dashboard > Website > Pages > Create a New Page or click the existing page.
  • Click the “Insert” button in the left panel.
  • Under the "Dynamic" heading, drag and drop the "First Name" element into the page editing area (typically into a section) on the right.

First Name Options:

Click the " " icon in the "First Name" tab, and then click "Edit".

  • Field: Choose any field from the contact information database to display dynamically. Different fields may have slightly varied options.
  • What happens 'First Name' is not set?: Define what to display if the selected field is not set. In this example, you can choose:
    • Fallback to Company.
    • Fallback to Last Name.
    • Fallback to Username.
